HCPANEL NOTE:  HCPanel is not always disabling its child controls
				when the Panel is disabled.  In some cases you have
				manually disable the controls on the panel (ATL Bug).

		HCButton not honoring text margin setting with no picture set.

		(worked around it), however, MS broke ImageList in 6.0 (SP5).  You MUST

	HCButton: Vertical Picture Alignment wrong when image was bigger then client area.
				   Picture was not defelecting when button was down.
				   Margin value was being calculatedproperl;y bwtween pict & text.
				   MouseLeave was firing immediately when mousedown on button.
